Smart-Generated Designs

Designs generated by our smart system are provided as suggestions and starting points. You are responsible for verifying all designs with qualified professionals before construction. SIID is not liable for any issues arising from the use of smart-generated designs.

Contractor Relationships

SIID facilitates connections between users and contractors but is not a party to any agreements between them. We are not responsible for the quality of work, disputes, or any issues arising from contractor relationships.

Limitation of Liability

SIID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
